Geez Bethany. I had no idea that you had moved to the next level in your couponing. I haven't checked in for awhile and was pleasantly surprised to see all of your great deals. I am going to start checking YOUR blog now. Love you and miss you sweet girl!

I love your new picture on top, you might have had it there awhile but this is the first time it loaded for me. YOur lakeshore store looks amazing! and they deals you get at the stores I stilljust wish we had some of them because I thinkI could get into the couponing. Do you follow Vanessa's blog? didn't know if you did or not, but she is making 2 trips this year to Guatemala and she's always looking for school supplies meds, vitamins, toothbrushes, anything, and i didn' know know if you had a great supply of those that you would want ot donate.

I'm new here... am I missing something? How did you end up with such a low total when you had many items without coupons? I'm trying to improve my couponing game!

Hi Jody,

The reason that I am able to get my totals down so low is that I look for 'moneymakers'. They are coupons that produce "overage" to help pay for my other grocery items. For instance, the Knox Coupon is $4.00. The item only costs $1.39. Each one of my coupons produces an 'extra $2.61 of free money' to go towards paying for other groceries.

It's taken me a while to move to this extreme level of couponing, but with hard work and time, anyone can do it. :)

I also forgot to mention that I had a $5.00/$20.00 competitor coupon that I used as well.
